How to permanently delete your Navi.sh account and all associated data.

Permanent action. Account deletion cannot be undone. All your personal data is permanently removed immediately upon confirmation.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the Navi.sh dashboard. No email required — the process completes immediately.

  1. Go to app.navi.sh and log in to your account.
  2. Open Settings from the top-right menu.
  3. Go to the Profile tab and click Delete account at the bottom of the page.
  4. Type DELETE in the confirmation field and click Delete Account.
  5. Your account and all associated data is permanently and immediately deleted.

Organization owners: If you are the owner of an organization, you must delete the organization or transfer ownership before deleting your account.

What Gets Deleted

The following data is permanently deleted when you delete your account:

  • Account & profile — name, email address, preferences
  • Device tokens — push notification tokens (FCM)
  • Organization memberships — all organization and on-call schedule associations
  • Notification history — incident alerts sent to you

Incidents and events created while you were an organization member may be retained as part of the organization's audit history, but will no longer be linked to your identity. Anonymized diagnostic data (crash reports, performance metrics) is not linked to your identity and may be retained for service improvement purposes.

Data Retention

All personal data is deleted immediately and permanently upon confirmation. There is no grace period — your account cannot be accessed or recovered after deletion.
